Businesses will be looked to for driving environmental and social change. What you can do: Implement a giveback program that aligns with your brand’s values. Consumers are more inclined to work with businesses that are doing more than just selling a product or service.
Trend #3 - Self-Care + Personalization
Mental health continues to be important as we navigate another pandemic-impacted year. Self-care moves away from a buzzword and becomes a mainstay. But next year, end user will expect each self-care experience to be customized for them. One size fits all is over.
